Our family care physicians and professionals at Little Silver Medicine dedicate themselves to making it simple for young parents to take care of their families’ health. That’s why we care for parents and children under one roof, and will accommodate the medical needs of both parties during the same visit.
We also decided to provide better urgent care without the wait by offering same day appointments for children and adults. Our offices are open until 7 pm on most days to accommodate working parents. And for those parents-to-be, we offer baby classes and lactation consulting to help moms prepare for their bundle of joy’s arrival.
We take all of these extra steps because the Mehras are parents who have gone through the trials and tribulations of raising two children. We want to make it easy for families to obtain medical care and identify health issues before they become health problems.
Our Family Medicine Doctors
And so, Neeraj Mehra and Deepti Mehra were inspired to open Little Silver Pediatrics & Family Medicine in 2007.
Dr. Neeraj Mehra
- Board-Certified Family Physician
- Completed UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Family Medicine Program residency in 2004
- Honored by Society of Teachers in Family Medicine in 2004
- Volunteers with Monmouth County Medical Reserves Corps.
Dr. Deepti Mehra
- Board-Certified Pediatrician
- Completed Jersey Shore University Medical Center residency in 1999
- Volunteered with the Monmouth County Regional Health Commissions during H1N1 epidemic & Hurricane Sandy
The rest of our team follows the same philosophy that we do. Cecilia, Christine, Lisa and Maria are caring professionals who are here to help children and parents through any visit, whether it’s an encouraged annual wellness exam or an appointment looking into a specific health issue.
