Hepatitis B | 3 doses | 1 month, 2 months and 6-12 months
Hib | 4 doses | 2 months, 4 months, 6 months and 12-15 months
PCV | 4 doses | 2 months, 4 months, 6 months and 12-15 months
Polio | 4 doses | 2 months, 4 months, 6-18 months, 4-6 years*
DtaP | 5 doses | 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 14-18 months, 4-6 years*
MMR | 2 doses | 15 months, 5 years*
Varicella| 2 doses | 12 months, 6 years
TdaP (DtaP booster)| 2 dose | 11-12 years and 12th grade**
Meningitis | 2 doses | 11 years, 5 years after 1st dose (6th grade, 12th grade)
Rotavirus | 3 doses | 2 months, 4 months, 6 months
